Philip Bentley - Chairman
A Master of Economics from Flinders University, Philip had a successful academic career before excelling in government and business roles.
A former Director-General of Victoria’s Department of Labour, Chief Executive Officer of Buller Ski Lifts and Chief Executive of Kilmore Racing, Philip has worked widely as a financial analyst and business consultant within Australia’s harness and thoroughbred racing industries.
Greg Boulton - Deputy Chairman
Greg is Chairman and one of the founders of Paragon Advisory, which raises capital for investment in South Australian enterprises.
A former Chief Executive Officer of IPEC Transport, Greg now consults to a range of Government and corporate organisations. Greg has also held senior roles with the Port Adelaide Football Club.
Andrew Killey
With more than 35 years experience in advertising and marketing, Andrew has worked across Australia and in the U.S.A including 18 years as Creative Director at Clemenger BBDO.
In 1991, Andrew became a founding partner of Adelaide’s kwp! Advertising, which is now one of Australia’s most respected and awarded advertising and marketing companies.
Brian Morris
Brian is a senior partner at Edwards Marshall and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
With extensive experience managing the company’s Audit Division, Brian is now the firm’s Senior Partner for Forensic Accounting where he leads financial investigations.
Frances Nelson QC
A leading figure of this States’ legal establishment, Frances has been Chairman of the Parole Board of South Australia since 1983.
Frances rode trackwork to put herself through university, has competed as an amateur jockey and has won several feature races as a trainer. She has also chaired two major inquiries into South Australian racing and the betting industries.
David Rasheed
David is one of the founding partners of Tilbrook Rasheed and has more than 20 years experience as a Chartered Accountant.
A Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, David provides business and taxation advice to a wide range of small and medium size businesses.
