It’s a dream with relatively simple beginnings. Growing up on a farm in Wangoom, Victoria (near Warrnambool), ten-year-old Clare was given a pony and encouraged to ride by her supportive parents. Next step was a job at a local racing stable for pocket money – again, with the blessing of her parents.
