The Wine Avenue will showcase sensational award winning McLaren Vale wines.

Available for purchase by the glass or bottle. It's the perfect opportunity
to taste the best the McLaren Vale has to offer or simply picnic on the lawns with a glass of
great wine while enjoying a great days racing.
A highlight of the day will be the specially created Food and Wine Avenue offering a taste of
the McLaren Vale.

The Green Room

$125 per person, $100 members

The Green Room offers hospitality to patrons wishing to celebrate their day at
the races in style.

Price includes:

  • Sensational Three Course a la carte luncheon

Party Marquee

$100 per person

This casual style party marquee offers you a great opportunity to entertain.

  • Gourmet Luncheon

  • Schweppes soft drinks plus bottled water.

Base Party Marquee

$40 per person

This casual style shared party marquee offers you a great opportunity to entertain your group, by being close to the wine and food area, your group will be able to use this marquee as a home base.
This package includes;

  • Shared Marquee
  • Marquee enclosure pass
  • Race Books
  • Marquee finished with tables and occasional seating
  • Bar facilities available.

The Corporate Blue Room

$95 per person (minimun 60 people)

The Corporate Blue Room offers hospitality to patrons wishing to celebrate their day at the races in style. Prime private trackside location with an outside viewing area and sensational finger foods.
This package includes;

  • Private Trackside air conditioned room
  • Admission
  • Race book
  • 4 hour finger food package
  • 5 hour beverage package including red, white and sparkling wines, West End beer &

Reserved Outdoor Seating

$150 per table for 6 people

The reserved outdoor seating package provides race goes with a great place
to relax in the shade all day.
This package includes:

  • Admission
  • Market umbrella
  • Picnic table and six chairs
  • Secured area situated in a prime viewing location

The Reserved Outdoor Seating option combines spectacular racing with a relaxed
picnic atmosphere.

The Chairmans Lounge

$175 per person minimum 25 people

This private room incorporates sweeping views of the track plus overlooking the
mounting yard and winning post.

Price includes:

  • Gourmet Seafood Luncheon (or alternative)
  • 5 hour Premium Beverage package including red, white andsparkling wines, West End beer and Schweppes soft drinks
  • Admission and Race Books.
  • The best view on the track.
